Senior Product Designer

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design from research to final delivery
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs with business goals
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect design implementation
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to our growing design system
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with confidence and clarity
• Participate in client discovery workshops and strategic planning sessions
• Contribute to our design culture and help shape our design processes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product design experience in agency or product environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work and problem-solving skills
• Expert knowledge of Figma, with experience in building component libraries
• Deep understanding of design systems and their practical application
• Solid understanding of frontend development (HTML/CSS/React) to communicate effectively with engineers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - you can articulate design decisions clearly
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS products
• Motion design and prototyping skills (Principle, ProtoPie, After Effects)
• Previous remote work experience and familiarity with remote collaboration tools
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
• Experience with design thinking workshops and facilitation
• Contributions to design communities or open-source projects
• Basic understanding of analytics and data-driven design
