The 4-week timeline applies to the Starter tier with a focused feature set. Complex or heavily integrated products fall into the Growth tier (8–12 weeks). During discovery we scope precisely what fits into which timeline.
All packages include a post-launch support window (1 month for Starter, 3 months for Growth). We fix any bugs or deployment issues introduced by our code at no extra charge during that period.
Yes. Third-party integrations (CRM, ERP, data providers, payment processors) are scoped during discovery and included in the Growth and Enterprise tiers. For Starter, up to 2 integrations are included.
