Professional Training Institute was conducting all their corporate training in person or through third-party platforms like Udemy for Business. They wanted their own LMS to deliver proprietary training content, track employee progress, and issue certifications. We built a custom Laravel-based LMS with video hosting, interactive quizzes, progress tracking, and automated certificate generation.
The institute had developed valuable training content but had no way to deliver it online. Third-party platforms didn't support their custom certification requirements and took 30% revenue share. They needed to track compliance training for corporate clients and provide detailed progress reports. The platform had to support video streaming, downloadable materials, and various assessment types while being easy for non-technical instructors to use.
We developed a full-featured LMS using Laravel backend with Vue.js for interactive course interfaces. The system includes a course builder for instructors, video player with progress tracking, quiz engine with multiple question types, and automated certificate generation. We integrated AWS S3 for video storage and CloudFront CDN for streaming. Corporate clients get dedicated dashboards to track their employees' progress and compliance status.

The LMS launched with 15 courses and quickly grew to become the institute's primary training delivery platform. Revenue from online courses exceeded expectations, and corporate clients praised the detailed reporting capabilities.
