Premier Real Estate Partners was using a combination of spreadsheets, third-party listing sites, and outdated CRM software to manage their properties and leads. They needed a unified platform where agents could manage listings, track leads, collaborate on deals, and generate reports. We built a custom Laravel application with Vue.js frontend that centralized their operations and improved lead conversion rates.
The brokerage had 45 agents using different tools and processes, leading to inconsistent data, lost leads, and poor collaboration. Property information was scattered across multiple listing sites with no central database. Lead tracking was manual, causing follow-up delays. The company had no visibility into agent performance or pipeline metrics. They needed a solution that agents would actually use without extensive training.
We developed a Laravel-based platform with Vue.js for interactive property browsing and search. The system includes a full CRM for lead management, property listing tools with photo galleries, automated email campaigns, and reporting dashboards. We integrated with major listing sites via their APIs to automate syndication. The interface was designed to be intuitive for non-technical real estate agents.
