Growth Partners Consulting was using a combination of Salesforce, spreadsheets, and email to manage their sales process. The team found Salesforce too complex and expensive for their needs, with many unused features. They wanted a custom CRM tailored to their specific sales methodology with an intuitive interface their team would actually use. We built a Laravel-based CRM with Vue.js for interactive pipeline visualization and real-time updates.
The consulting firm had 35 sales consultants managing complex B2B deals with 3-6 month cycles. Salesforce was costing $175/user/month but most features went unused. Sales reps were maintaining their own spreadsheets because Salesforce was too complicated. Management had no visibility into the real pipeline or accurate forecasting. Lead handoffs between SDRs and account executives were manual and error-prone.
We developed a custom CRM built around their specific 5-stage sales methodology with drag-and-drop pipeline visualization. The system automatically routes leads based on territory and deal size, tracks all client interactions, and provides real-time forecasting dashboards. We integrated with Gmail for email tracking, DocuSign for proposals, and built mobile-responsive interfaces for field sales reps.
