Digital Agency Partners operates 3 agencies managing 200+ client projects simultaneously. They were using a combination of Asana, Harvest for time tracking, and spreadsheets for resource planning—none of these tools talked to each other. Project managers were spending hours weekly consolidating data for client reports. They needed an integrated platform that could handle project management, time tracking, resource allocation, and client communication in one place.
The agency network had grown to 85 team members working across multiple clients and time zones. Using separate tools for different aspects of project management created data silos and inefficiency. Time tracking data in Harvest didn't sync with project tasks in Asana. Resource planning was done in spreadsheets with no visibility into who was overbooked or underutilized. Clients had no visibility into project progress and constantly emailed for updates.
We built a comprehensive SaaS platform with Next.js frontend and Node.js backend, designed specifically for agency workflows. The system combines project management with integrated time tracking—team members track time directly on tasks. Real-time resource planning shows capacity across all team members and projects. Clients get branded portals to view project progress, deliverables, and timesheets without email requests. Everything updates in real-time using WebSockets.
